Account Manager

Our team's mission is to become the trusted advisors for our B2B clients that rely on big data for their success by applying Strategic Account Management best practices and expertise.
In this role, you will:
Own the success of our business customers by engaging in day-to-day communications to ensure we are maximizing their business value.
Identify and utilize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, work on customer agreements and renewals.
Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment.
Manage your opportunity pipeline and at-risk accounts.
Engage in Strategic Account Management activities .
Proactively identify team process improvements and contribute to projects to refine it.
Go on business trips and visiting your clients (when applicable).
Your skills & experiences:
Several years of experience leading international B2B customer engagements with a proven track record of delivering positive results for customers.
Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Creativity and an out-of-the-box thinking approach.
Data-driven approach to sales with knowledge of or experience using key sales and mailing tools.
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in the technology sector
Strategic Account Management experience

- Gross salary: 2500 - 4000 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
