Outbound Account Executive

We’re looking for an Outbound Account Executive to bring in new business, take charge of the sales process, and work with high-potential clients across various industries. Your day-to-day:

• Taking ownership of revenue goals and driving sales growth
• Leading the outbound sales process, from discovery to contract negotiations
• Developing strategies to identify and engage with potential clients in target industries, such AI, as e-commerce, retail, cybersecurity
• Building and managing a small team of BDRs, guiding them on account priorities and outreach techniques
• Attending sales meetings with prospects, tailoring pitches, and crafting compelling value propositions
• Participating in industry events and conferences to expand your network and source new opportunities
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align on product strategy and provide client feedback
• Refining outbound sales workflows and contributing to team projects to optimize performance

Your Skills & Experiences:

• At least 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IaaS, or tech solutions
• Proven success in managing full-cycle sales with enterprise-level clients
• Advanced negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills
• A track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with diverse buyer groups
• Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) and a data-driven approach to prospecting

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, APIs, or scraping technologies
• Experience selling to engineering teams or industries like e-commerce, retail, or cybersecurity
• An additional foreign language (always a plus in international sales)
