You'll have a significant influence on our DevOps practices and tooling choices.\nIn this role, you’ll:\nLead Platform team responsible for Observability/Data area and keep delivery consistent.\nOwn people leadership: hire, mentor, and develop engineers; keep the team healthy and performing. \nManage capacity, risk, and dependencies: plan realistically, unblock fast, and handle escalations early. \nAlign scope and priorities with the Director of Infrastructure (DoI): keep stakeholders aligned and avoid churn.\n Stay hands-on as a working Tech Lead: with a team of around 2-3 engineers, you'll carry part of the technical lead role alongside management.\nYour skills & experience:\nProven experience leading an engineering team under one of given roles (Team Lead, Squad Lead, Tech Lead).\nStrong stakeholder management: can translate business needs into a clear plan and keep people aligned.\nPragmatic, ownership-driven mindset: can make trade-offs, push standards, and improve reliability without slowing the team down.\nSolid technical foundation: hands-on experience with technologies such as MySQL, Kafka/Redpanda, Redis/Valkey, Clickhouse, Victoria Metrics, ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.\nSalary & Benefits:\nGross salary: 6000 EUR/month - 7600 EUR/gross.
