a Senior Creditors Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and maintaining and timely processing of purchase orders and goods receipts\n\n Liaise with vendors to resolve payment-related queries and build strong relationships with key suppliers\n\n Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and accruals\n\n Prepare reports and provide financial analysis related to accounts payable activities\n\n Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations related to accounts payable processes\n\nMinimum requirements:\n\n Degree / Diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field\n\n 10 years of experience in accounts payable or creditors clerk role\n\n Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles, processes, and best practices\n\n Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation\n\n Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems, with the ability to navigate and extract relevant information\n\n Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations\n\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\n Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment\n\n Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal
