This role offers the opportunity to travel extensively across Queensland, delivering engaging learning experiences that help employees and leaders confidently transition to new systems, processes and ways of working.\nWe are seeking a full-time Trainer on a fixed term basis based at out Corporate Office in Kangaroo Point \n\nAbout the Role\nAs a Dayforce Trainer, your primary focus will be facilitating engaging and practical learning experiences that build learner confidence and capability.\nYou'll deliver face-to-face, virtual and workplace-based training, facilitate workshops and system demonstrations, and provide coaching and support to employees and leaders throughout the implementation journey.\nYou'll work closely with operational teams across metropolitan, regional and remote Queensland, supporting learners where they work.\nYou'll also support the Learning and Adoption Specialist with the production, maintenance and continuous improvement of learning materials and resources, helping ensure training remains accurate, practical and learner-focused.\n\nKey Responsibilties\nDeliver engaging, learner-centred Dayforce training programs\nFacilitate workshops, system demonstrations, practice activities and readiness sessions\nAdapt training delivery to suit different audiences, learning needs, operational settings and levels of digital confidence\nProvide practical coaching and follow-up support that reinforces learning and helps employees adopt new ways of working\nCreate respectful, positive and inclusive learning environments\nTravel extensively throughout Queensland to deliver training and support readiness activities\nBuild strong relationships with employees, leaders, project team members and other stakeholders\nSupport the production, maintenance and improvement of facilitator guides, participant resources, quick reference guides, job aids, presentations, demonstrations and digital learning content\nSupport training schedules, venues, logistics, records, training environments, user access and materials\nAbout You\nYou are an energetic and confident facilitator who enjoys working with people and helping them succeed. You know how to engage a room, encourage participation and make learning practical, relevant and enjoyable. delivering workplace learning programs or system training for diverse employee groups\nStrong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to build learner confidence\nExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills\nThe ability to work effectively with people at all organisational levels and with varying skills and experience\nStrong stakeholder engagement, organisational, planning and time-management skills\nConfidence learning and using new software applications\nThe ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a collaborative transformation initiative is highly desirable\nExperience with HR, payroll, workforce management or rostering systems is desirable\nA current unrestricted Queensland Driver Licence\nA current Police
