# Workforce Capability & Optimisation Lead

Ozcare is creating a new role to help transform how workforce planning, rostering and workforce utilisation is managed across our Residential Aged Care business. This role has been established to address a real business challenge: improving workforce utilisation, strengthening rostering capability and reducing reliance on agency labour through better planning, systems and operational practices. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer - Aged Care and working from our corporate office in Kangaroo Point, you'll work across Operations, People & Culture, Payroll, Finance and Project Teams to identify workforce inefficiencies, improve rostering practices and drive workforce optimisation initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. This is not a traditional workforce planning role focused solely on reporting. You'll be in the business, partnering with operational leaders to solve workforce challenges, uplift capability and embed consistent workforce management practices across Residential Aged Care.
