  • Формирование и развитие мобильного приложения для пользователей (в подчинении 4 продакт-менеджера)
  • Ответственность за выход пользователей на объекты (воронка регистрации, доходимость до первой смены, запись активной базы в смены)
  • Запуск и масштабирование улучшений процессов (регламенты, инструменты, продуктовые изменения)
  • Формирование метрик качества и эффективности, контроль их выполнения
  • Подготовка аналитики и управленческих материалов для руководства

Ожидания от кандидата:

  • Опыт управления командой (product / operations / process / delivery)
  • Умение формировать гипотезы и обладание критическим мышлением Умение работать на стыке продукта и физического мира
  • Уверенная работа с метриками, воронками, SLA, качественными показателями Навык структурирования хаоса и принятия решений в условиях неполных данных

Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт в маркетплейсах, логистике, HR-tech, gig-платформах
  • Опыт запуска новых операционных направлений
  • Понимание специфики массовых исполнителей (рынок "синих воротничков")
