Привет! Мы - команда ИТ поддержки "API, интеграции, Travel". Наша команда занимается поддержкой высоконагруженных систем для внутренних и внешних пользователей, например, Travel, CRM системы, системы управления доступами и многих других направлений.

Наш стек: SQL, Python, Graylog, HTTP, Grafana, Postman

Наши задачи:

  • Основная наша деятельность - решение технических и сложных обращений от селлеров в Jira, в рамках этого мы проверяем корректность запросов и ответов вызываемых методов в Postman, смотрим логи, заводим задачи на разработку;
  • Актуализируем базу знаний confluence, документацию для селлеров, инструкции для 1-2 линии поддержки;
  • Автоматизируем свою работу, используем SQL, пишем скрипты на Python;
  • Консультирование коллег по поддерживаемым сервисам (Api, интеграции, Travel) в чате, а также перенимаем у разработки какой-либо функционал на себя.

Нам важно:

  • Опыт работы в поддержке пользователей от 3х лет;
  • Уверенное владение SQL;
  • Умение читать логи ошибок;
  • Знание кодов ответов web-сервисов;
  • Знание HTTP запросов;
  • Обладание системным подходом и способностью комплексно подходить к решению задач;
  • Умение задавать вопросы и "докапываться" до сути проблемы, слушать и понимать коллег и заказчиков;
  • Умение работать как самостоятельно, так и в команде.
