Мы ищем амбициозного CRM маркетолога, который будет развивать директ коммуникации с пользователями покупателями: запускать рекламные рассылки, растить и удерживать подписчиков, придумывать гипотезы и тестировать их, активно взаимодействовать с продуктовыми командами.

Какие задачи будут у тебя:

  • Создание и запуск директ-коммуникаций для пользователей покупателей: массовые и триггерные рассылки;
  • Совместная работа с продуктовыми командами по созданию виджетов подписки на рассылки;
  • Аналитика оттока и отписок от рассылок;
  • Проведение AB-тестов: создание гипотез, подготовка контента, анализ результатов и поиск точек роста;
  • Развитие CRM-системы и улучшение текущих процессов работы с ней;
  • Мониторинг работы и аналитика сценариев коммуникаций -Создание презентаций по итогам работы.

Что мы ожидаем от тебя:

  • Опыт от 2-х лет в CRM маркетинге
  • Работа с разными платформами CRM коммуникаций (Exponea, Mindbox и другими);
  • Опыт работы с системами аналитики (Google Analytics, Яндекс.Метрика, Amplitude, Redash, Superset, PowerBI и других);
  • Опыт проведения AB-тестов и анализа их результатов;
  • Опыт самостоятельного написания рекламных текстов и работы с дизайнерами по созданию визуального контента;
  • Навык презентации и структурирования информации;
  • Умение составлять технические задания.

Будут плюсом:

  • Опыт работы в компании из сферы электронной коммерции -Навыки программирования и работы с API
