岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1.搭建并迭代采购全流程制度，包括供应商管理、招标、合同等;
2.统筹实验仪器、IT软硬件、办公物资等全品类采购，制定差异化策略平衡成本、质量与交付;
3.搭建多元化供应商资源池，实施分级分类管理，建立质量、价格、服务等维度评估体系，维护核心供应商关系;
4.建立全流程风控体系，防范价格、质量、合规等风险，定期自查复盘整改问题;
5.建立跨部门协同机制，对接研发、财务等部门提供采购解决方案，协同财务部开展预算与结算管理。
任职要求 / Requirements
1.本科及以上学历，5年以上采购相关经验;
2.有研发/实验仪器品类采购经验者优先;
3.具备优秀的团队合作与管理能力、沟通协调能力;
4.具备强烈的责任心与抗压能力，面对复杂采购场景及突发问题能快速响应并妥善解决;
5.坚守廉洁自律的职业操守，具备良好的商业道德与职业素养。
