岗位职责 / Responsibilities

该岗位定位为扎实湿实验执行能力的研究员，入职后承担实验模块的独立执行，同时通过部门内训逐步建立计算辅助能力，成长为具备算法协作能力的复合型科学家。入职1年内逐渐成长为部门蛋白表达纯化的默认对接人; 同步参与干实验培训机制，第二年起能参与数据构建讨论，提供实验侧的标注质量判断，逐步承担算法验证设计工作。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.生命科学相关毕业，博士毕业 2 年及以内; 或硕士毕业工作 1 年及以上。

2.实验技能：动物免疫、蛋白表达纯化、噬菌体展示 / 酵母展示（以下三项至少掌握两项）。

3.科学理解：能清晰表达实验数据的局限性（e.g., 为什么某批 ELISA 数据不能直接用）; 对抗体序列-功能关系有基础认知。

4.计算是加分项，Python 基础、能用 PyMOL/Chimera 看结构; 不要求算法能力，入职后内部培养。
