This role involves understanding client requirements, reviewing documents, and identifying, gathering, analyzing, and extracting relevant data. The Associate Lead also indicates difficulties and patterns observed during data extraction and provides updates to the Team Lead. This role ensures deadlines are met while maintaining standard accuracy and quality.\nROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nDocuments analysis and programmatic extractions for the respective content based on the project specifications, using Excel, Database and other file types\nCollaborates with Junior Data Analyst closely to make sure they are following the updates/instructions on projects\nPerforms data cleansing or formatting on the data extracted, using formulae or manual or program tools\nPerforms the Audits on projects assigned and provide the update the Junior Data Analyst peer team members\nProvides any finding on timely manner in the respective projects and may need assistance with difficult or complex issues\nLeverages review tools including Relativity, 4IG and custom tools to identify the required documents and extract the data from the documents\nIdentifies the correlation, issue and pattern using the data mining\nProvides data into comprehensible structures of organize and transform information\nPerforms statistical analysis of data and in addition to using established procedures and methods to solve issues, may employ creative problem-solving under certain circumstances\nIdentifies the timing and indicators of data access based on the analysis\nUses established procedures and methods to solve issues, may employ creative problem-solving under certain circumstances\nResponsible for integrity in analysis, quality for the projects\nBasic analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy\nManages multiple projects daily\nMeets project targets consistently\nWorks under little or no supervision; may receive general guidance on new assignments\nTracks issues diligently\nPerforms additional duties as assigned by manager\nSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE\nStrong understanding of document analysis especially in data breach review\nProficient in the Advanced Excel and basic other Microsoft applications (like Word, PowerPoint etc.)\nExperience with Macro/VBA coding, preferred\nPractical knowledge in using different eDiscovery and data breach platforms, like Relativity, Canopy, Brainspace, Nuix etc.\nExperience in common scripting or programming language, including Powery Query, Python, SQL/Oracle and/or PowerShell, will be an added advantage\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExperience working in a team environment\nFlexible, adaptable, responsive, and positive\nStrong knowledge in ETL frameworks and Database\nAny Data Analytical Certifications is preferred\nExperience of Advanced Excel and other Microsoft applications (like Word, PowerPoint etc)\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nAssociate's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or Statistics and 6-8 years of Data Analyst experience or Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years related experience\n6+ years of Data Analyst experience strongly preferred\nProject management experience a plus\nAbility to work greater than 40 hours per week as needed\nDISCLAIMER\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
