\n2.严格按照CRO采购获得的方法/Protocol执行实验，不做方法学从0开发; 若CRO方法在本实验室条件下出现偏差，负责判断并反馈是否需要CRO侧调整，而非自行改方法; \n3.设计并维护自动化workflow，把加样、孵育、终止反应、LC-MS前处理等步骤固化为可被自动化平台稳定执行的流程，减少人工干预点，提高日通量和数据一致性; \n4.建库与录入：对接LIMS/ELN，把每批检测的原始数据、QC指标（如对照化合物Km/Vmax、批间CV、批内Z’ 等）结构化记录，保证数据可追溯、可复算; \n5.数据判读与质量把关：对每批检测结果做初步药代动力学判读（如t1/2、CLint、IC50/EC50、Papp），标记异常批次并触发复测，为pre-PCC成药性打分提供合格数据; \n6.与Bioassay科学家、细胞培养技术员协同，共享自动化平台机时排产，保证ADME飞轮在化学组产出命中化合物的间隙持续吃满产能; \n7.按年底12/30最小闭环验收节点产出ADME数据汇总，支持锚定项目（如ITK阳性对照soquelitinib）的成药性评估进度。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1.硕士或以上学历，药物代谢动力学（DMPK）、药剂学、药理学或相关专业，博士优先; \n2.至少2年以上体外ADME/DMPK实操经验（含研究生阶段课题/实习经历可折算），熟悉代谢稳定性、CYP抑制/诱导、渗透性、PPB等至少3类检测的独立操作; \n3.熟悉LC-MS/MS在ADME样本分析中的应用，能独立完成方法确认（非方法开发）与数据判读; \n4.有自动化实验平台（如液体工作站、机械臂、集成LIMS/调度系统）使用或流程设计经验者优先考虑，需能将手动SOP转化为自动化workflow; \n5.理解体外ADME数据与PK/成药性参数（Papp、CLint、t1/2、Fu等）之间的换算与临床前意义; \n6.具备CRO方法验收能力：能判断外部采购的assay方法/protocol在本实验室条件下是否稳定可靠，并给出量化验收结论; \n7.熟悉GLP或类GLP实验室数据记录规范，能保证原始数据可追溯; \n8.能适应实验室建设期的高强度节奏（设备11月到货、12/30年底小闭环验收），愿意参与从平台搭建到常规运行的全过程; \n9.英语能读懂英文assay protocol、试剂/耗材SOP及文献。\n加分项：\n1.有hERG离子通道检测（如自动膜片钳QPatch/Qube、荧光法）或AMES/Ames II检测的实操或平台搭建经验; \n2.有在CRO担任过DMPK/ADME岗位的工作经历，熟悉行业方法标准与数据交付格式; \n3.有Python/R或LIMS二次开发能力，能自行搭建数据自动汇总/异常报警脚本;
