\n2. 负责签约项目的技术交付：环境部署、使用培训、问题排查，保障客户真正用起来; \n3. 跟踪客户使用效果，识别续约与增购机会，维护客户技术侧关系; \n4. 将一线客户需求与使用反馈结构化地反哺产研团队，推动产品迭代。\n行业与内部赋能\n1. 跟踪 AI 制药、计算生物学领域的前沿进展与竞品动态，形成内部洞察; \n2. 沉淀售前材料体系：场景化 demo、案例库、FAQ、方案模板，并用 AI 将项目经验、客户问题、方案要点沉淀为团队知识库，提升组织整体售前效率。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 日常已将 AI 作为核心生产力底座--用 AI 完成文献调研、方案撰写、代码开发与数据分析; \n2. 计算化学、生物信息学、药学、结构生物学、计算生物学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历（博士优先），或具备同等深度的产业经验; \n3. 3 年以上 AI 制药 / CADD / 计算生物学相关经验，熟悉分子对接、分子动力学模拟、自由能计算、蛋白结构预测、分子生成等主流技术路线中的至少两项; \n4. 具备工程动手能力：熟练使用 Python，能独立写脚本调用模型、处理数据、产出结果图表; \n5. 出色的技术表达能力：能把复杂技术问题向非技术听众讲明白，有客户交流、售前支持或技术咨询经验者优先; \n6. 有完整的项目闭环意识：对 POC 效果、交付质量、客户满意度负责，而不是只对技术本身负责; \n7. 适应小团队、无层级观念的动态协作方式：目标清晰时主动补位，不分「这是不是我的事」。\n加分项\n- 有搭建 AI agent / 科研自动化 workflow 的经验（如用 LLM 辅助分子性质预测流程、自动化报告生成）; \n- 有药企、Biotech、CRO 的实际研发或研发支持经验，理解药物研发管线的真实流程;
