Hermite 是我们自主研发的 AI 药物研发平台，集成分子模拟、自由能计算、分子对接等核心能力。该岗位将深度参与 Hermite 的智能化升级，构建 AI Agent 驱动的药物研发工作流。

职位描述

1.基于 Hermite 平台构建 AI Agent 工作流，覆盖虚拟筛选、分子设计、自由能计算等核心功能。

2.融合机器学习与 Hermite 的计算化学方法，提升计算精度与效率。

3.参与 Hermite 算法模块的工程化与产品化，支持线上业务稳定运行。

4.探索 AI 编程工具在 Hermite 开发中的应用，提升研发效率。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.计算机/AI/物理/计算化学/生命科学等相关专业背景。

2.熟悉分子动力学、自由能计算或分子对接等至少一个方向。

3.有 AI Agent 或大模型应用开发经验，熟悉相关框架或工具。

4.可以两周内到岗，需要base上海现场实习，可以投入三个月及以上的时间，每周3-5天。

加分项

1.使用过 Hermite 或其他 CADD 平台参与过药物研发项目。

2.有 AI for Science 相关研究或项目经验。

3.熟悉主流 CADD 工具（如 Amber、GROMACS、Schrödinger 等）。

4.熟练使用 AI 编程工具。
