\n2.计算机、电子信息、电气工程及其自动化相关专业，本科及以上学历\n3.精通 PLC 编程与调试，熟悉至少一种主流 PLC 平台，如西门子、三菱、欧姆龙等，能够独立完成控制程序设计、设备联调和故障排查; \n4.熟悉使用至少一门上位机开发语言，包括但不限于 C#、Python 等; \n5.熟悉设备通信、数据采集、自动化控制或软硬件系统集成中的一个或多个方向; \n6.具备良好的工程实践和现场调试能力，能够独立分析并解决系统开发及设备联调中的问题;
