\n5. 负责日常assay运行阶段的质量把关--监控运行数据是否在控、异常结果的初步排查与升级、批次放行判断; \n6. 维护CRO供应商关系与绩效台账--交付周期、数据质量、响应速度的持续评估，为后续续约/换供应商提供依据。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1.硕士研究生学历（生物学、药理学、分子生物学、药学或相关专业）; \n2.有制药企业（药企/Biotech）或专业CRO的工作背景，非纯学术背景; \n3.有生物检测assay（活性筛选、ADME、安全性/毒理相关任一方向）实际操作或管理经验; \n4.熟悉assay验证核心质量指标--Z' factor、信噪比（S/N或S/B）、对照品设计、批次重复性（inter/intra-assay CV）等评价体系; \n5.有CRO供应商对接、方法转移（Method Transfer/Tech Transfer）项目的实际参与或主导经验; \n6.具备基本的商务谈判与合同条款审核能力，能独立完成采购比价与议价; \n7.熟悉GLP或药企内部质量体系下的实验记录、偏差处理与批次放行流程; \n8.能读懂并执行自动化实验平台（工作站、液体处理系统）相关的assay适配与参数调试工作，或有意愿快速上手; \n9.英文读写能力良好，能独立阅读CRO提供的英文方法学文档、验证报告; \n10.具备较强的问题排查与异常处理能力，能在自动化流程失控时做出专业判断。\n加分项：\n1.有ADC、双抗、小分子激酶抑制剂等特定治疗领域assay经验（本实验室锚定项目为ITK抑制剂方向）; \n2.有D2B（Direct-to-Biology，粗反应产物免纯化直接生测）或高通量筛选（HTS）相关经验; \n3.有跨多家CRO同时管理、比较供应商质量的实战经验，而非只对接过单一供应商; \n4.熟悉自动化实验室/Lab of the Future（LOTF）环境下的assay运行模式; \n5.有帮助团队从0到1把新引入assay在自动化平台上跑通的经历，而非只在成熟产线上做质量监控;
