岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1.充分了解招聘需求，包含社招及实习生招聘，协助进行社招，并逐渐独立负责招聘;
2.通过各种招聘渠道搜索、筛选候选人简历，职位包含但不限于AI行业算法、研发、产品、运营等类岗位;
3.进行有效的电话邀约，包括约面及陌生电话拜访;
4.协助组织、安排面试及跟进后续环节;
5.完成组织安排的其他工作：如数据分析、活动支持等。
任职要求 / Requirements
1.2027届毕业的同学，对人力资源有充足兴趣;
2.优秀的沟通能力、对工作有热情，有足够的责任心和结果产出意识，主动性强，渴望成长并愿意付出努力;
3.能连续实习4个月及以上，每周出勤4天及以上，表现优秀者有实习留用机会。
