制定并执行日常质控标准（QC样本设置、批间/批内质控判断标准、失败批次复测规则）\n- 维护LC-MS系统（液相/质谱联用仪）的日常运行、校准与故障排查，确保闲时ADMET/PK检测机时利用率\n- 与ADME工程师(LB-4)、安全性检测工程师(LB-5)对接样本接收、分析优先级排期与结果交付\n- 整理分析报告与原始数据归档，支撑pre-PCC阶段的成药性数据包\n任职要求 / Requirements\n- 硕士及以上学历，分析化学、药物分析、药理学（药代方向）或相关专业\n- 接受应届硕士毕业生，需在校期间有生物基质样本（血浆/微粒体/尿液/组织等）LC-MS定量分析相关课题或实习经历\n- 熟悉LC-MS/MS（三重四极杆为主）基本原理与操作，能独立完成方法开发与日常上机\n- 掌握生物基质样本前处理技术（蛋白沉淀PPT、液液萃取LLE、固相萃取SPE中至少一种）\n- 了解生物分析方法学验证的基本要求（可参考FDA/NMPA生物样品定量分析方法验证指导原则）\n- 具备扎实的数据处理能力，熟悉相关色谱质谱数据处理软件（如MassLynx、Analyst、MultiQuant等其中之一）\n- 能承受高通量、重复性样本分析工作节奏，责任心强、操作规范、记录严谨\n-
