\n2.扎实的机器学习与深度学习基础，熟悉 PyTorch; \n3.具备多模态大模型训练或微调经验，或熟悉 CV / NLP / ML 等至少一个方向; \n4.优秀的代码能力与工程实践经验，具备自信的 Python / C++ 人肉编程能力，能将研究成果快速落地。\n加分项\n1.顶会论文（CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/ACL等）或高影响力开源项目; \n2.ACM/Kaggle/天池等竞赛获奖经历;
