They will include some of the following but not all within the same project:\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nOptimization of existing manufacturing, assembly and logistics operations along the entire value issues, performance gaps, and data-driven decisions to improve processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.\nCommunicate, present, and interface directly with clients.\nYou will be responsible following your desired career path and passion.\nSupport our great team by taking on internal work and coaching others.\n\nWHO YOU ARE:\nYou have a Master of Engineering degree: industrial, mechanical, electrical, or similar field.\nYou have 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, knowledge in EV-sector a plus.\nGood knowledge in lean production principles, material flow optimization, and continuous improvement processes.\nYou can create clear status reports, identify issues, create solutions, and navigate resolutions.\nYpu are Self-motivated and driven with entrepreneurial spirit.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, well spoken with powerful presentation skills, especially when interacting with customers.\nYou are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.\nYou think ‘out of the box’ to create solutions when none exist.\nWith an agile mindset you are not afraid
