EV-sector experience is a plus.\nYou are passionate about Quality Improvement and skilled in implementing robust processes to prevent defects and enhance performance.\nYou thrive in Crisis Management situations, staying calm under pressure and delivering rapid, effective solutions to stabilize production and restore delivery commitments.\nYou have strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to conduct root cause analysis.\nHands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), testing methodologies, and compliance standards (IATF, VDA, ISO).\nSelf-motivated and resilient with an entrepreneurial mindset-able to lead initiatives and adapt quickly in dynamic environments.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with powerful presentation abilities for client-facing interactions.\nCreative thinker who develops solutions when none seem obvious.\nAnalytical and highly competent in Excel, Minitab, and ideally Power BI.\nFluent in English;
