Were looking for someone who can design fault-tolerant, scalable services, think about scale from day one, understand deployment pipelines, and debug live production issues. Youll work closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and other backend/frontend developers to deliver robust features in a fast-moving environment.\n\nExperience with IAM products such as Okta, Keycloak, or ForgeRock is a great plus, but the must-haves are strong Microservices and Cloud Deployment experience.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 8 to 10 years of professional software development experience in Java.\n\n- Deep knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices design patterns.\n\n- Experience building and deploying microservices on AWS, GCP, or Azure.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment strategies.\n\n- Strong proficiency in designing, documenting, and consuming REST APIs.\n\n- Experience with message-based systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.\n\n- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).\n\n- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).\n\n- Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.\n\n- Solid understanding of system design, caching, observability, and troubleshooting.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable Java-based microservices.\n\n- Own end-to-end delivery from writing business logic to deployment and monitoring in cloud environments.\n\n- Translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable service designs.\n\n- Create and consume REST APIs, ensuring reliable communication across distributed systems.\n\n- Write unit, integration, and performance tests and practice test-driven development (TDD).\n\n- Optimize services for cost, latency, fault tolerance, and scalability on cloud platforms.\n\n- Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines, actively contributing to deployment automation.\n\n- Debug live production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability and uptime.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Product Management, QA, and UI/UX.\n\nNice to Have : \n\n- Experience with IAM products such as Okta, Keycloak, or ForgeRock.\n\n- Hands-on with OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, authentication, and authorization flows.\n\n- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.\n\n- Knowledge of logging and monitoring frameworks (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).\n\n- Understanding of application security, rate limiting, and resilience patterns.\n\n- Exposure to Agile environments and working in cross-functional Squads.\n\nBenefits : \n\n- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.\n\n- Comprehensive health insurance.\n\n- Paid time off and flexible working hours.\n\n- Professional development opportunities and support for continuing education.\n\n- Udemy Learning Licenses to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with the latest technology.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer : \n\nP99soft is an equal-opportunity employer.
