The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in C# or Java, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines, with a strong focus on delivering reliable, high-quality software.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nParticipate in story refinement sessions to understand requirements, dependencies, and testing needs.\nCollaborate with Product Owners and developers to deliver high-quality software.\nDesign, write, maintain, and execute test cases, including ad-hoc testing.\nAutomate prioritized test cases within sprint timelines.\nPerform API testing through code and validate application functionality.\nParticipate in code reviews to ensure coding standards and quality.\nMonitor Azure releases for regression defects and environment-related issues.\nWrite complex SQL queries for data validation.\nCoordinate testing activities with geographically distributed teams.\nParticipate in sprint retrospectives and drive process improvements.\nTrack and manage quality metrics and bug reports throughout release cycles.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\n7–9 years of experience as an SDET.\n2+ years of experience in API testing through code.\nStrong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills in C# or Java.\n2+ years of experience with Selenium WebDriver and Grid, Cypress, or Playwright.\nAbility to write complex SQL queries for data validation.\nKnowledge of testing methodologies and corresponding tools.\nExperience with Visual Studio 2016+ and Git.\n1+ year of experience with CI/CD pipelines.\nUnderstanding of test automation, ad-hoc testing, code coverage, feature coverage, ROI, and testing risks.\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Candidate\n\nThe ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for software quality, test automation, and continuous improvement, along with the ability to identify application risks, collaborate effectively with development teams, and deliver reliable software solutions.\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.\nComprehensive health insurance.\nPaid time off and flexible working hours.\nProfessional development opportunities and support for continuing education.
