across teams.\n\n- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.\n\n- Collaborate with product owners, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.\n\n- Drive CI/CD pipeline design and automation using modern DevOps practices.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure operational readiness.\n\nKey Requirements : \n\n- 10+ years of experience in Java-based application development and architecture.\n\n- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot and GenAI-based coding assistants.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Java 17+, object-oriented design, and concurrent programming.\n\n- Extensive experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).\n\n- Proven experience in Microservices Architecture and event-driven systems (Kafka).\n\n- Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.\n\n- Strong experience with AWS Cloud and cloud-native application design.\n\n- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\n- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD practices.\n\n- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.\n\nTech Stack : Java (Core Java, Java 17+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Microservices, RESTful Web Services, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Step Functions), Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, SQL & NoSQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB),
