In this role, you will gather and analyse data and insight to define future customer experiences and product features, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives.\nYou will work closely with cross-functional teams. bridging the gap between user/business requirements and development teams, promoting agile best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment.\nYour analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for teamwork will be key assets in this role. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer experience and product excellence, we would love to hear from you.\nSpecifically, you will:\nWork across a variety of consulting roles including business analysis and strategy development \nWork closely with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements. You'll define problems, articulate opportunities, and shape clear solutions to align with client objectives. \nSupport the design of as-is and to-be processes by mapping user journeys, analysing pain points, risks and opportunities for improvement. \nConduct market and user research, applying techniques like interviews, workshops, and surveys to extract actionable insights and facilitate alignment. You'll also assist with competitor analysis and trend identification. \nTranslate high-level business needs into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical feasibility. \nEnsure requirements are testable and clearly understood and that there is traceability between requirements, solution and business value delivered \nPlay a key role in Agile teams, participating in ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog refinements, and sprint reviews, while ensuring work aligns with the project vision and roadmap. \nUse consulting frameworks and tools, such as SWOT analysis, prioritisation matrices, Jira, and Miro, to structure your work and communicate ideas effectively to teams and clients. \nSupport qualitative and quantitative analysis to uncover insights and inform decision-making.
