PA Consulting is a British consultancy founded in 1943 that combines management consulting with product design and engineering, an unusual pairing that lets it take a client from strategy through to a physical or digital product. Its work spans government and defence, health and life sciences, energy and utilities, consumer and manufacturing, and its Cambridge technology centre has designed everything from medical devices to the original mechanism behind the Trident razor. Headquartered in London and majority owned by Jacobs since 2021, it employs several thousand consultants, engineers and designers.
