our second consecutive Top 10 ranking\nNewsweek's America's Greatest Startup Workplaces (2025)\nWinner, 2025 Inman Best of Proptech Awards - Consumer Experience & Marketplace Innovation\nFortune & Great Place To Work Best Workplaces in Real Estate (2024)\nBest Workplace in the Bay Area™ (2023)\nLinkedIn Top Startup (2022) · Glassdoor Best Places to Work, #6 (2022)\nContract Groundskeeper/Porter \nCompany: Pacaso\nLocation: Park City, Utah\nPosition Type: Independent Contractor / Part-Time\nCompensation: $30 per hour\nSchedule: Recurring weekly visits to approximately 13 Pacaso properties \nAbout the Role\nPacaso is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Groundskeeper / Porter to support the upkeep and general presentation of our Park City home portfolio.\nThis role is responsible for conducting routine weekly visits to approximately 13 residential properties, ensuring each home and its surrounding exterior spaces remain clean, organized, and well-maintained.\nThe ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently across multiple residential properties.\nThis is a flexible, hourly contract opportunity that does not require full-time availability.\nKey Responsibilities\nRoutine Property Upkeep\nVisit each assigned Pacaso property once per week.\nManage trash and recycling, including moving bins out for collection. \nMaintain general cleanliness and tidiness of exterior areas.\nRemove debris, litter, leaves, and other visible clutter.\nKeep entryways, walkways, patios, driveways, and outdoor common areas presentable.\nPerform light organization and general property cleanup as needed.\nGeneral Property Care\nConduct basic visual inspections of property exteriors.\nIdentify and report visible maintenance issues, damage, or items requiring additional attention.\nEnsure outdoor areas are orderly and presentable.\nIdentify opportunities for preventative cleanup or general upkeep.\nPeriodic Cleaning & Projects\nAssist with occasional power washing of patios, walkways, driveways, and other exterior surfaces.\nCoordinate periodic window cleaning.\nSupport seasonal property cleanup and organization.\nComplete other light property care projects as requested.\nCommunication & Reporting\nProvide photo documentation of completed visits when appropriate.\nCommunicate property concerns or maintenance needs to the Pacaso team.\nMaintain a consistent weekly service schedule.\nNotify the appropriate team members of any urgent property concerns.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in property maintenance, groundskeeping, porter services, landscaping, or general property care preferred.\nReliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple Park City properties.\nAbility to work independently and manage a recurring service schedule.\nStrong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high-quality residential properties.\nComfortable with basic tools and outdoor cleaning equipment.\nAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting trash bins, carrying supplies, and general outdoor cleanup.\nProfessional, responsive, and dependable.\nCompensation & Engagement\n$30 per hour.\nIndependent contractor engagement, subject to applicable worker-classification requirements.\nFlexible scheduling with recurring weekly service expectations.\nHours will vary based on property needs and the scope of work.\nSpecialty services or larger projects may be coordinated and approved separately.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nAll properties receive consistent weekly attention.\nTrash and recycling are managed reliably.\nExterior and/or indoor spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable.\nProperty issues are identified and communicated proactively.\nPacaso’s Park City homes maintain a consistently high standard of care and presentation.\nWhy You'll Love Working Here\nWe invest in our Crew the way we invest in our homes -
