Responsibilities include; preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.\nWork also includes; equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects. This position offers the opportunity to work independently on routine maintenance activities while expanding your technical expertise through collaboration on more complex troubleshooting and repair challenges.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities\n(but not limited to…)\nPerform scheduled maintenance on machine tools including cleaning, lubrication, filter changing, belt replacement, adjustments, and basic repairs\nSource repair parts and maintain Spare Parts inventory\nAssist in occasional robotic projects required within the CNC and Die Cast departments\nAssist with implementation and maintenance of CMMS program\nAdhere to all quality and safety standards within the department\nMaintain clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization\nPlease note that the duties and requirements described herein are intended to represent general contents of this job. This is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties and responsibilities.\nQualifications\nEducation: 2-year tech degree, and/or 5 years of related work experience.\nExperience and/or Training: Previous experience with CNC equipment is required.\nTechnology/Equipment: CNC Mills, Lathes, Fanuc/Universal Robots, Finishing equipment, Hydraulic Presses, and Die Cast Machinery.
