You'll shape how our platform looks, feels, and works, partnering directly with engineers, customers, and stakeholders from problem discovery through delivery. You've operated in environments without a heavy process and delivered strong outcomes. You're energized by figuring things out.\nThink in systems. You build design languages, not just designs, spotting through-lines across unrelated requests and turning them into foundational solutions that scale.\nHave taste. You draw out insights from customer conversations and translate technical constraints into design opportunities.
