\n\nResponsibilities \nDesign and develop front-end and back-end components within service-based architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. \nOwn the end-to-end software lifecycle, from ideation and system design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. \nApply T-shaped engineering principles, contributing beyond core specialization to areas such as product understanding, UX impact, reliability, and security. \nEvaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance architecture, developer productivity, and product capabilities. \nDrive automation across system setup, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and operational processes in collaboration with DevOps practices. \nIdentify system bottlenecks, technical debt, and architectural gaps; lead initiatives for continuous improvement. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and Security to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions. \nEngage in technical discussions with global stakeholders, contributing to architecture decisions, standards, and best practices. \nMake informed technical decisions by evaluating trade-offs across engineering, product, and operational dimensions. \nPromote engineering excellence by establishing reusable patterns, frameworks, and tooling. \nConduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning. \nProfessional Requirements and Expertise \nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field. \n6-10 years of experience building modern web applications and distributed systems. \nStrong depth in at least both domain (frontend and backend) with working knowledge across the stack (T-shaped profile). \n\nTechnical Skills \nFrontend \nTypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS \nFrameworks: React, Next.js, PrimVue.js \nBackend \nJava 17+, Spring Boot \nStrong understanding of software design principles including modular architecture, API design, and microservices. \nFamiliarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is a plus. \nAbility to evaluate trade-offs and deliver pragmatic, scalable solutions. \nCross-Functional and T-Shaped Expectations \nWorking knowledge of: \nCloud platforms (AWS) \nCI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies \nMonitoring, logging, and observability \nSecurity fundamentals (authentication,
