This role requires close collaboration with globally distributed teams across regions and time zones to ensure alignment, consistency, and successful delivery of shared product goals.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Design and develop front-end and back-end components within service-based architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.\n\n- Own the end-to-end software lifecycle, from ideation and system design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Apply T-shaped engineering principles, contributing beyond core specialization to areas such as product understanding, UX impact, reliability, and security.\n\n- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance architecture, developer productivity, and product capabilities.\n\n- Drive automation across system setup, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and operational processes in collaboration with DevOps practices.\n\n- Identify system bottlenecks, technical debt, and architectural gaps; lead initiatives for continuous improvement.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and Security to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.\n\n- Engage in technical discussions with global stakeholders, contributing to architecture decisions, standards, and best practices.\n\n- Make informed technical decisions by evaluating trade-offs across engineering, product, and operational dimensions.\n\n- Promote engineering excellence by establishing reusable patterns, frameworks, and tooling.\n\n- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.\n\nProfessional Requirements and Expertise :\n\n- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.\n\n- 7+ years of experience building modern web applications and distributed systems.\n\n- Strong depth in at least both domain (frontend and backend) with working knowledge across the stack (T-shaped profile).\n\nTechnical Skills :\n\nFrontend :\n\n- TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS\n\n- Frameworks : React, Next.js, PrimVue.js\n\nBackend :\n\n- Java 17+, Spring Boot\n\n- Strong understanding of software design principles including modular architecture, API design, and microservices.\n\n- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is a plus.\n\n- Ability to evaluate trade-offs and deliver pragmatic, scalable solutions.\n\nCross-Functional and T-Shaped Expectations :\n\n- Working knowledge of :\n\n1.
