This role develops and optimizes chromatographic (HPLC) and mass spectrometry-based methods to support the identification, characterization, and impurity profiling of siRNA molecules, formulations, and raw materials.\nCompensation: $91,500.00 - 95,000.00 per year\nResponsibilities:\nHands-on bench work using the High-Resolution LC-MS.\n\nDevelopment of chromatographic methods (HPLC) and mass spectrometric based assays for identification, characterization, and impurity determination of siRNA\n\nDevelop strategies for impurity profiling of new development candidates and raw materials.\n\nAuthor method development and qualification reports and SOP’s for test methods.\n\nEvaluate suitability of new methods, and assist method qualification and validation.\n\nContribute data to lead candidate testing, stability sample monitoring, OOS/deviation investigation and regulatory filing.\n\nUnderstand and apply advanced scientific principles, theories, concepts, practices and standards to process and analytical development.\n\nFollow training to independently operate instruments and carry out routine and non-routine analyses\n\nCollaborate with internal and external teams to support project goals and meet research timelines\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field\n2-4 years of experience in a laboratory setting (GMP environment preferred)\nExcellent organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.\nAble to handle multiple projects concurrently, self-motivated, and results driven \nExperience with Agilent Q-ToF and the MassHunter software is the plus.\n\nProficiency in Office 365 and other software preferred\n\nFind Your Place at Pace - We need you - your curiosity, your talents, and your drive - to help us advance this important work.\nBenefits\nWhen you join Pace®, you commit to work that makes a positive impact on our communities and our world.
