Your work helps ensure the integrity of each sample and contributes to the accuracy of data that protects communities and ecosystems.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.\nReview, complete, and process documents, databases, and related information for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery.\nPrepare your assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs.\nProvide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.\nAssist in researching issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and resolve customer, staff, or management concerns.\nHelp ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, seeking guidance or escalating issues as needed.\nContribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and actively participating in team efforts.\nPromote a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment aligned with Pace® values.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; experience in a related role is preferred but not required.\nValid Driver’s License and the ability to maintain all required licenses and certifications.\nKnowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles.\nAbility to learn and follow organizational policies, procedures, and transportation protocols.\nComfort using basic computer applications and maintaining documentation accurately.\nStrong communication skills with both internal teams and external customers.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nGood judgment, professionalism, and discretion when interacting with others.\nMust be comfortable operating a company vehicle equipped with GPS/telematics tracking and inward- and outward-facing safety cameras (no audio recording).\nFind Your Place at Pace - We need you - your curiosity, your talents, and your drive - to help us advance this important work.\nBenefits\nWhen you join Pace®, you commit to work that makes a positive impact on our communities and our world.
