We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the execution of critical assembly operations. In this dynamic role, you will manage diverse teams, ensure quality compliance, and play a key part in achieving ambitious production goals. Effective project control, monitoring and reporting are fundamental to being successful in the role. \nKey Responsibilities: \nOversee the execution of racking and conveyance system installation \nMonitor and ensuring daily and weekly targets are being met \nManage vendor teams as they install and commission specified equipment. \nDrive production efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards. \nConduct routine quality control checks to ensure all builds meet specifications and client expectations. \nQuickly address and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain compliance. \nFoster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, motivating teams to excel in performance. \nPerform PM status reports as required by the client and PAC leadership. \nCollaborate with logistics teams to maintain consistent material flow to workstations and proactively address supply chain challenges. \nComplete project closure reporting and lessons learned documentation \nUphold the highest level of safety on the worksite, through safety walks, tool box talks, reporting \nRequired Qualifications: \nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred). \nEquivalent hands-on experience in project management roles will also be considered. \n5+ years of experience in related project management roles. \nMechanical aptitude is required, with electrical knowledge strongly preferred. \nProven ability to lead diverse teams, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely execution. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation \nProactive at addressing tasks and risks \nSafety centric individual \nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. \nFamiliarity with quality assurance processes and operational best practices. \nExperience in equipment assembly or construction environments, managing large-scale operations. \nPreferred Qualifications: \nAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when necessary \nOSHA certification -
