This is a full-time, on-site role (40 hours per week), with occasional weekend and overtime hours required as needed. Retirement savings plans, including a defined-benefit pension plan, is also provided to eligible employees.\nPrimary job duties would include:\nPerform maintenance, wiring, installation of motors, switches, panels, circuit breakers, lighting, testing and power circuits.\nInstall, connect, adjust and calibrate electrical gauges and recording instruments.\nPlan layout and installation of wiring, equipment, or fixtures based on specs and codes.\nUse a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices and testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, or test lamps.\nPossess demonstrable skills for specifying and properly sizing of wire, conduit, circuit breakers and fuses per NEC and other applicable codes.\nRead and understand blueprints and schematic diagrams.\nDiagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components.\nAble to understand and utilize PLC programs to aid in troubleshooting.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements:\nCompleted a related educational degree, certificate, or program; and/or comparable work experience, plus formal training in this area\nHolds applicable licensing and certificate(s)\nA fundamental aptitude, which may be assessed by a practical exam.\nExperience in food production and manufacturing environment \nAble to understand and utilize PLC programs to aid in troubleshooting.\nAutoCAD experience for creating electrical drawings.\nDemonstrate ability to communicate effectively.\nReliable and able to maintain excellent attendance.\nSelf-motivated, able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving skills.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental and Vision\nPension Plan\nLife Insurance\nAD&D Insurance\nPaid Holiday and Vacation\nParental Leave\nBereavement Leave\nEducation Assistance\nContinued Skills Training\nAbout PCP Summary\nPacific Coast Producers, a cooperative owned by more than 165 family farmers who cultivate and transport diverse produce like tomatoes, peaches, pears, grapes, cherries, and others, was founded in 1971.
