As a member of PCP, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes top-quality, medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, and a retirement savings plan to help secure your future.\nPrimary job duties would include:\nAdhere to and administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement in all aspects. \nServe as the primary point of contact for employees and management, answering questions and providing exceptional customer service.\nOversee timekeeping data, which includes reconciling timecards, reviewing daily/weekly hours, and managing the facility-level meal penalty process.\nPrint and provide annual plant rules and forms for all CBA employees. This includes but is not limited to on-boarding, training, and scheduling.\nProcess documentation and prepare reports relating to activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)\nProperly handle complaints and grievance procedures.\nProvide back up for payroll, scheduling, benefits, and leave administration.\nAssist in all phases of the recruitment & hiring process.\nAssist with employee inquiries and resolution of issues.\nInterface, promote, and strengthen HR relations in a professional and confidential manner with other departments, co-workers, and employees.\nTackle other duties and projects as assigned to support the team. \nOther duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements\nAssociates degree in relevant field of study or 2 years of related labor experience in a Union environment. \nAbility to work half days on Saturdays during our peak season (August to February)\nDemonstrated proficiency with HRIS applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and various types of office equipment. \nUnderstanding of timekeeping practices, scheduling, and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.\nGood organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced and dynamic environment.\nAbility to work independently or collaborate effectively with a team.\nThe ability to handle sensitive and confidential material, to work with integrity, and exercise good judgment. \nAbility to promote a professional and safe work environment. \nExcellent customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills. \nAbility to learn, understand, and apply new concepts.\nBilingual (Punjabi or Spanish) a plus.\nWhy Join PCP?\nAt PCP, we take care of our people. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our distribution center in Lodi, CA and must be able to work half days on Saturdays during our pack season (August to February).
