The successful candidate will be responsible for using the Cvent event management software to create and launch business meetings and events websites and invitations.\nAs an Event Technology Coordinator you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by providing operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment.\n How you’ll help move us forward:\nDaily responsibilities include using Cvent to manage registration websites, manage attendee lists, handle event communications, and generate post-event reporting.\nThis position requires creating and launching meeting email invitations within specified timeframes with anticipated high volume of builds and launches (approximately 20 - 25 per month).\nAdditional duties include gaining compliance approvals, supporting and training field personnel, and coordinating Continuing Education meetings.\nEffective customer service is essential as the role involves regular interaction with management, field personnel, and internal customers.\nThe experience you bring:\n2-3 years of experience using Cvent Event Management software\nAbility to manage multiple registration projects and events simultaneously while balancing work tasks effectively\nEffective customer service is essential as the role involves regular interaction with management, field personnel, and internal customers.\nProficient with technology, including experience with Monday.com and Microsoft Teams\nWhat makes you stand out:\nCvent Event Management Certification preferred\nExcellent organizational skills\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nA professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with various levels of management\nHigh degree of accuracy and and attention to detail\nWorks well under pressure and meets deadlines\nBase Pay Range:\nThe base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
