You will provide commercial leadership and governance, ensuring contracts are managed effectively from execution through to close-out while strengthening financial performance, compliance, and risk management outcomes.\nThis role will play a pivotal part in improving cashflow, enhancing project controls, and enabling consistent contract administration practices across the business.\nThis is more than a contracts role. It is an opportunity to:\nTake ownership of contract lifecycle management across a national portfolio\n\nStrengthen commercial governance and reduce organisational risk\n\nImprove invoicing accuracy, revenue alignment, and cashflow outcomes\n\nPartner closely with Project Managers and Finance to drive performance\n\nEstablish systems and reporting frameworks, including earned value analysis\n\nContribute to scalable processes that support ongoing business growth\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end contract lifecycle administration from execution to close-out\n\nEstablish and govern the contracts register, ensuring accuracy of key commercial data\n\nProvide expert commercial guidance on contract terms, risks, and obligations\n\nOversee variation and change control processes, ensuring entitlements are captured and realised\n\nAlign invoicing with contractual terms, purchase orders, and project delivery\n\nSupport debtor management through provision of contractual advice and documentation\n\nEnsure compliance with governance frameworks, including Delegations of Authority\n\nMaintain audit-ready contract records and documentation standards\n\nIdentify, manage, and escalate commercial risks\n\nSupport Project Managers as a central point of expertise for contract administration\n\nDrive continuous improvement in contract systems, tools, and processes\n\nAbout you\nYou are a commercially astute professional who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and control to complex project environments.
