Working closely with engineering, construction and commissioning teams, you'll play a key role in delivering electrical project outcomes from construction through to commissioning, with regular site the full project lifecycle.\nWhat You'll Do\nCoordinate and manage electrical work packages\n\nManage contractors and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes\n\nSupport construction, commissioning and project delivery activities\n\nWork closely with engineering, procurement and site teams\n\nAssist with contract administration and variation management\n\nMonitor project progress, schedule and cost performance\n\nContribute to project reporting and forecasting activities\n\nBuild strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders\n\nAbout You\nYou are a hands-on Project Engineer who enjoys working in a delivery-focused environment and has experience supporting complex construction projects.\nTo be successful, you will have:\nBachelor of Electrical Engineering\nApproximately 5+ years' Project Engineering experience\nExperience delivering electrical construction scopes\nContractor and subcontractor management experience\nExposure to mining, mineral processing, power generation or heavy industry projects\nStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills\nAbility to work across multidisciplinary project teams\nDesirable\nEPC/EPCM
