You'll work with leaders across the Group to forecast workforce demand, identify capability gaps, provide market intelligence and deliver insights that influence workforce and talent strategy.\nThis is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders and have a direct impact on how one of Australia's largest infrastructure and engineering groups plans for future growth.\nWhat you'll be doing\nLeading workforce forecasting and supply and demand analysis across projects and business units.\nDeveloping workforce planning models, scenarios and insights to support business decisions.\nBuilding dashboards and reporting that provide visibility of workforce risks, capability gaps and future hiring requirements.\nProviding labour market intelligence, talent mapping and workforce benchmarking.\nPartnering with Talent Acquisition teams to convert workforce forecasts into recruitment strategies.\nWorking closely with operational, project, finance and executive stakeholders to support workforce planning outcomes.\nDriving improvements in workforce analytics, reporting, automation and data quality.\nContributing to the ongoing development of workforce planning frameworks, methodologies and best practice across the Group.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nYou'll likely come from a workforce planning, workforce analytics, talent intelligence, people analytics or strategic planning background and be comfortable working with large data sets to tell a compelling story.\nYou'll bring:\nExperience in workforce analytics, workforce planning or a similar analytical role.\nStrong capability in forecasting, modelling and scenario planning.\nAdvanced Power BI reporting and data visualisation skills.\nThe ability to translate complex data into practical business insights.\nStrong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with senior leaders.\nA commercial mindset and an interest in linking workforce outcomes to business
