\nGuide the team on proper accounting treatment for M&A/Business combination activities;\nCoordinate year audit process, including Financial statements preparation; \nOversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction\nprocessing operations, and policies and procedures\nWork close to ERP implementation team to guarantee proper accounting set up for financials modules;
