The company is an industry leader, manufacturing a wide range of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions that are supplied to customers throughout Europe.\nThey are currently looking for an Accounting Managers, who will be primarily responsible for overseeing the company´s whole entity (Accounting & Reporting).\nThis is a strategical position is based in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Additionally, this is a hybrid role (2-3x per week at the office).\n Main Responsibilities:\nOverall supervision of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Cash Management.\nAssure the accuracy of bookkeeping and balance sheet account reconciliation activities.\nPrepare, analyse and control annual reports (balance sheet, P&L and cash flow) with supporting documentation and quality (incl. analysis of P&L deviations - forecast vs. actual).\nCost tracking, monitoring and controls.\nManage the compilation and preparation of the financial statement and first point of contact of the auditors. \nCoordinate and control external and internal audits for the relevant legal entities.\nSupport preparation and distribution of all periodic reports, schedules, worksheets and narratives.\nAssure that all periodic filings (VAT, Income tax, Subsidies a.m.) and statistical declarations (CBS, Intrastat a.m.) are done in a timely and correct manner.\nDevelop and maintain internal control, policies, and procedures for the area of responsibilities and contribute to improve internal processes.\n Main Requirements:\nMore than 4 years of solid experience in the fields of Accounting or Audit (incl. good expertise in the overall supervision of the entity). \nGreat experience in the preparation of journal entries and financial statements in accordance with Dutch and/or US GAAP provisions.\nFluency in English. \nFluency in Dutch is a plus. \nThis is an amazing opportunity for a driven Accounting Manager, who wants to be part of an ambitious organization and highly motivated team, with lots of opportunities for personal and professional growth.
