Desde Pacifica Continental conjunto a importante empresa Argentina dedicada a Networking, Ciberseguridad y DataCenter, nos encontramos busuqeda un perfil para el puesto de Ingeniero de Campo (Field Engineer) para realizar servicios soporte e implementación.

Las tareas fundamentalmente serán:

  • Atención a clientes con soporte de 1er nivel.
  • Gestión de tickets (Revisión diaria, Respuesta Inicial, Priorización, Categorización, seguimiento, SLA, etc) • ABM de los datos de acceso a los clientes en la Intranet
  • Guardia pasiva de soporte fuera de hora
  • Apertura de incidentes con las Marcas
  • Colaboración con ingenieros de 2do y 3er nivel en la implementación de soluciones (routing, switching, wireless, seguridad, servers, storage, etc)
  • Rackeo y conexión física de equipamiento
  • Configuración de equipamiento
  • Posibilidad evelntual de trabajos de implementación fuera de hora y fines de semana, de forma programada y con paga extra
  • Troubleshooting de problemas de configuración en forma remota y onsite
  • Realizar relevamientos de infraestructura de comunicaciones, informes y recomendaciones

Conocimientos y Tecnologías

El candidato deberá manejar las siguientes tecnologías y conocimientos.

  • Routing (Mandatorio conocimientos básicos)
  • Switching (Mandatorio conocimientos intermedios)
  • Firewall (Mandatorio conocimientos básicos)
  • Wireless (Mandatorio conocimientos básicos)
  • VoIP (Deseable conocimientos básicos)
  • Virtualización (Mandartorio conocimiento básicos)
  • Storage (Deseable conocimientos básicos)
  • BackUP (Deseable conocimientos básicos)

Experiencia

El candidato deberá tener experiencia de entre 3 a 5 años comprobable en campo.

Idioma

Inglés: se requiere conocimiento de inglés de lectura para poder interpretar datasheets e información técnica y oral para poder interactuar con los centros de soporte de los fabricantes.
