Descripción General:

El Staff Engineer (Frontend) liderará el desarrollo y escalabilidad de las aplicaciones web en una compañía de Ingeniería en crecimiento de Estados Unidos, centrándose en la experiencia del usuario. Trabajará con equipos de ingeniería, diseño y datos para implementar soluciones innovadoras usando tecnologías modernas como React.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Desarrollar y optimizar aplicaciones web con React, Node.js, HTML, CSS y JavaScript.

  • Documentar arquitectura Frontend y procesos, incluyendo pruebas unitarias/integración.

  • Colaborar con diseño y producto para definir features técnicamente viables.

  • Investigar y proponer nuevas tecnologías web (ej.: APIs modernas, mejoras de rendimiento).

  • Liderar proyectos como integración de pasarelas de pago o sistemas escalables.

Habilidades Técnicas:

  • Entre 5 y 8+ años de experiencia en desarrollo web con frameworks JavaScript (React preferido).

  • Dominio de HTML/CSS, APIs browser y mejores prácticas de performance web.

  • Experiencia en liderazgo técnico y mentoría.
