With an eye on scalability for the future, will develop key talent programs, building organizational capability and driving leadership development, talent planning, onboarding, engagement, and other talent solutions.\nEssential Job Duties And Responsibilities\nCultivate trusted relationships with HR and senior business leaders, and serve as subject matter expert supporting all talent management and learning requirements\nDevelop and oversee Talent Management initiatives such as a talent review, leadership development, career programs, succession planning, and learning and development\nDevelopment of programs for interns, and front-line people managers\nDevelopment of initiatives with intentional consideration of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)\nEnsuring programs are scalable to meet needs of a rapidly growing company\nPartnering with HR peers in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Business Partners to create a collaborative, holistic and consistent approach\nUsing data-driven methods to evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Management programs and provide insights to workforce needs for future success.\nSupporting transparency by clearly communicating and articulating the goals and philosophy of Talent Management.\nEngage and collaborate on HR system implementations\nLead and develop team members\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nEducation And Work Experience\nBachelor's Degree.
