To propose capacity upgrade or replacement when required.\nProvide diagnoses, resolution, and documentation in all aspects of supporting, implementation and managing an enterprise network environment.\nEnsure existing infrastructure / security appliances / facilities are properly patched / upgraded timely to minimize security risk.\nManage, monitor, and verify system and data backups, including routine backup jobs and restoration support in accordance with backup and retention policies.\nDevelop, implement, test, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure operational resilience and minimal service disruption.\nProvide support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests.\nMaintain process documentation and follow approved standard operation procedures (SOP).\nParticipates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation of IT services.\nResponsible for administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Nutanix HCI infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security of virtualized workloads.\nRequirements:\nDegree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or equivalent qualifications. Professional certifications in CCNA, CCNP or equivalent will be an added advantage.\nMinimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in network, cloud and system administration, preferably in a multiple sites environment\nKnowledge and technical hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure technology and architecture, include networking devices such as firewall, VPN, IPS, switches, router, DHCP, TCP/IP, WIFI, and network security concepts.\nWorking knowledge in supporting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting in areas such as OS (Windows and Linux), databases, applications, networking devices, storage devices, backup solution (Veeam or similar solution), firewalls, IDS/IPS, orchestration and virtualisation technologies, etc.\nFamiliarity with Cloud Virtualisation technology like Azure, Nutanix, VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V etc.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Services, Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, and remote access technology.\n Ability to maintain structure network cabling, i.e. patch panels etc.\nCustomer focus with good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure.\n Excellent interpersonal communication skills, good collaborative team spirit, with a can-do attitude.\nOthers: \n5-day work week.\nWorkplace rotation at JTC Summit & Jurong Island\nCompany transport provided at Jurong East to/from Jurong Island\nBy submitting your personal data and/or resume to PacificLight (“us”), you shall be deemed to have given consent to us collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data for the purpose of assessing your job application.
