This role is responsible for coordinating engineering drawing revisions, maintaining project documentation, managing approval workflows, and supporting drafting activities to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nPosition Responsibilities / Essential Functions:\nMaintain, update, and archive engineering drawings and project documentation in accordance with client standards and procedures. \nCoordinate the drawing revision and approval process with engineering, construction, and client teams. \nSupport drafting activities and document control throughout all phases of the project. \nManage engineering documentation using client document management systems and communication platforms. \nEnsure drawing revisions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. \nMaintain compliance with client procedures, documentation standards, and required training. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and documentation needs. \nAssist with additional drafting and project coordination activities as required. \nRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. \nExperience with CAD drafting, engineering drawings, and document revision control. \nExperience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred. \nKnowledge of engineering documentation standards, revision control, and approval workflows. \nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering document management systems. \n Desired Skills:Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology capital projects. \nPrevious experience as a Drafting Coordinator, Drafting Support, or Document Control Coordinator. \nFamiliarity with engineering document management platforms such as Meridian GECMS or similar systems. \nExperience working onsite with engineering, construction, and project management teams. \nAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring document quality, compliance, and timely project support. \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate engineering
