professionals.\nThis is an outstanding opportunity to bridge the gap between the classroom and a future engineering career.\nJob Responsibilities\nSupporting on-site activities such as system checks, startup assistance, and basic troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, and supporting equipment. \nAssisting in commissioning and qualification (C&Q) tasks under supervision, including executing basic test procedures and documenting results. \nUse AutoCAD Electrical to design control panels for production and support accurate fabrication by the shop team\nParticipating in vendor collaboration activities by gathering information, documenting issues, and tracking updates. \nPreparing and organizing documentation for validation, compliance, and audit readiness. \nContributing to Industry 4.0 and Industrial IoT initiatives through hands-on learning and guided project tasks. \nSupporting engineering teams with research, data collection, and process improvement activities.\nQualificationsRising Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field\nLocated in the Indianapolis area and available for on-site work. \nInterest in automation, controls, PLCs, and industrial technology\nEagerness to gain hands-on experience and apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering projects.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn. \nAbility to work effectively in a team environment with engineers, technicians, and vendors. \nGood written communication skills with attention to
