You will work alongside experienced panel builders and engineers to learn the fundamentals of industrial control panel fabrication and assembly.\nWhat You Will Learn\nLearn to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts\nAssist with laying out back panels, mounting components, and routing wiring\nSupport the assembly and wiring of industrial electrical control panels\nLearn proper panel fabrication techniques and safe use of hand and power tools\nWork with engineers to understand drawing revisions, project updates, and technical questions\nCollaborate with our panel shop team to support production schedules and project goals\nAssist with inventory organization, material handling, and component tracking\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\nGain exposure to industrial automation & electrical control systems\nQualificationsRising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field\nInterest in automation & controls, manufacturing, or electrical systems\nStrong attention to detail and
